Norwegian Dreams

These originated from a visit to the fiords in Norway and being told that the steep mountains go just as deep again into the water, making the dark water ominously deep. Seeing this with the moon between the slopes added more to the menace. To make it seem more unreal I allowed the light which came through the gap to go under the mountains, cutting them off as if to cheat you into thinking the water shallow. Or the mountains are floating like clouds!!
